Who operates First Instinct
First Instinct is a software-infrastructure company. It is not a bank, PSP, custodian, exchange, wallet or token issuer. It consumes evidence and adjudicates for the receiver — it never owns what it adjudicates.
The UK commercial company
First Instinct’s commercial product, customer contracts, IP, hosted service, customer data, support and SLA are operated by the UK commercial company.

A conditional independent governance body
A future Swiss Verein or equivalent independent governance body may govern open terminology, public profiles, conformance rules and shared marks when multiple independent Receivers, Targets and evidence ecosystems create a real multi-party governance requirement.
The Swiss Verein does not yet exist. It would only be established once legal registration has actually completed.
